Fawn's Friends

Good morning everyone,

A new challenge started at LeAnns World 101 last week
Theme: Anything Goes
Because I've been on vacation, I didn't get the chance to blog my card yet.
But here it is

I've used Fawn's Friends
You can find the image in the shop HERE

I printed the image on paper for alcohol markers.
It's colored using Copic markers and Nuvo markers.
For the background I used my chalks by Joy Crafts!
The Wink of Stella has been used on the butterflies, can't see that on the photo :(
Sentiments is a clear stamp and I've used a die set by Crealies to die cut the image with a stitched border.

The image is so cute, I didn't want to cover it up with any decorations, so I've stuck the image down onto double folded cardstock using 2mm dubblesided foam tape

Thank you for watching
xoxo

Katrina

Good morning everyone

Today I'm here to show you the inspiration card that I've made using
the gorgeous Katrina

You can find her in LeAnn's shop HERE

I've printed Katrina in approx 3.2" size and cut by my cricut air.
She's colored with Nuvo markers.
I took a pre-folded white card and made it a bit smaller.
Matted with kraft cardstock and took 2 different pieces of design paper.
Die cut them with my old double do using rectangle stitched frame dies.
With the white pen from Signo I've highlighted the stitches along the edges.
Took a heart border die, cut that out of kraft cardstock as well.
The top layer with the heart border is lifted by foam tape as well as Katrina
Some of the hearts that came from the border die, I've used to glue down.
I've then die cut the sentiment 'Gefeliciteerd' that is dutch for congratualations.
To finish the card, I've added some pearls in the corners

I hope you like my inspirational post.

Sassy Sally

Hi all,

A new challenge started today over at LeAnns World 101
Theme: Anything Goes

For todays card I've used
Sassy Sally, isn't she adorable!?
You can find her in shop HERE

Sassy Sally is colored with Nuvo markers.
For the background I took a piece of watercolor paper, just a cheap version.
Added some water to the paper and started to add some aquarelpaint, hopin to get a similar color to the colors used on Sassy Sally.

I then used some white acrylic artists ink by Daler & Rowney to add some white spots/dots on the background.

I've fuzzy cut Sassy Sally and lifted her with some foam tape

You Can Dance

We have a new challenge up and running over at our

This challenge we're sponsored by

LEANN'S WORLD 101

I've made another page for my art journal and this time I used a part of the image called

De background I've made with a siliconmat (used the back), mines from dr. oetker.
I had this mat for years, when my kids we're still small I sometimes would bake cakes and decorate them. That's why I had the mat.
On facebook someone said she used a siliconmat as a cheap alternative for a gelly plate, I just had to try. So I went on hands and knees to find this one all the way in the back of my kitchen cupboard

Here are a 2 backgrounds I've made with it and I must say, it works just perfectly

The bottom one is the one I used for this project.
I was realy happy with the colours yet, so I added two more layers of paint over it and because it picked up some of the left over paint from the previous print you can find that back on the final background.

The rest of the background is done by using a few different stamps and various inks.
The butterflies are colored using neocolor II
The border was directly stamped on the page, so to make the coloring solid, I've used posca pens
Text I found with google, printed and glued down.

The image was colored using copics and fuzzy cut.

Rose

That's her name........ Rose
Rose is a digi-stamp by the artist LeAnn
You can find her shop HERE

I've created a page for my journal with her.

For the background I've used a coloring page from 1 of those cheap 2 euro adult coloring books.
Gave it an acrylic was and colored over it with FC Polychromos.
Added some texture with wall filler using stencils and also added a bit of stamping.
When that was done, I've added it to a piece of packaging carton to make it a bit more sturdy.
Added rose and text.
For the border I used black gesso

Valentine with a wink

Hi everyone
Theres a challenge at the Paper Shelter Challenge Blog
Theme: For the one you Love

Well as the one I love has been very ill and we've gone through some realy rough times, I
figured a bit of a different "valentines"card would be in place.

Here's my make for this challenge.

I've printed the image with my laser printer onto strathmore toned paper and colored the image with Faber Castell Polychromos.
For the white I've used Luminance 001 because I like the white of that pencil better then the polychromo's one and a white gel pen.

The inside of the card says:

I totaly figured this sentiment matches us perfectly!

Bloobel Sweet Dreams

Good morning,

Yesterday in between study and writing essays I felt like sorting my weekly spread.
Because today is february first, this weeks spread is "1 sided"
Thursday feb 1st will continue after the month layout, so that'll be for the next
image that I want to colour.

Here's my make from yesterday, using the new release stamp

She fits perfect on this spread as tuesday I had a day of school and been sleepin most of the day :P
The right side of the spread has been made from vellum and washi tape.
The sentiment is rub on and I've choosen that one, to remind myself that it is ok to make mistakes and shouldn't be ashamed of it.
I'm a bit of a nerdie, like to get everything right the first time and like good grades, but sometimes before gettin things right, you need to make mistakes.
It's also a reminder to myself that it's ok to show others you make mistakes, that you're NOT PERFECT!

Hope you enjoy my spread
Thank you so much for dropping by

Planner Spread

Good evening everyone,

These days I'm so busy with work and school, that I've decided to use two planners.
I have a color crush mint, that I use for all appointments and as a work planner.
The Heidi Swapp Life is Good, I use for everything school related.
I do write down my shifts in there, but thats it, that planner is entirely for schoolwork and... coloring :)

Today I want to show you the spread I've made for Monday January 22nd 2018 - Sunday January 28th 2018.
I've used this cute unicorn from Bugaboo Stamps, it's such an adorable digi stamp.

I've used my Faber Castell Polychromo's for coloring and the white Gelly Roll 08 by Sakura

To add a bit more festive colors to the page, but still leavin space to add some notes, I've used 2 different patterns of washi tape.

I just adore this cutie, pretty sure this one will be printed more often.

Thank you so much for dropping by

Bloobel Digi Stamp Doctor

I've been working during the Christmas celebrations
I do not mind, love my work and love the residents on our floor.

However, when I came home from work on the 26th, I didn't feel too well, but figured
it'll be fine in the morning.
Needles to say, that didn't happen.
On thursday it was time to ring the docs and drop by, so as you can see in my planner, this
new Bloobel digistamp DOCTOR is a perfect fit.

Had 6 days off, but been in bed for all those days.
Unfortunately, I had to call in sick yesterday as eventhough the doctor gave me
anti-biotics, it didn't help much.
Went back to the docs today and goin in for a ct-scan tomorrow.

Hope you like my planner spread with DOCTOR
